Ourclient is looking to appoint aReceptionist to support their team based in Beauly, initially on a temporary basis for 6-12 months. Working hours are flexible and will be 16-30 per week. Some weekend working may be required but no evening work. The purpose of the role is to provide an exceptional front-of-house service to clients, maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.
Duties include:
- Welcoming visitors, answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and managing online systems.
- Managing and coordinating the diary to maximize efficiency.
- Registering new clients and keeping records up-to-date and accurate.
- Processing cash and card transactions, and handling end-of-day financial reconciliation.
- Processing insurance forms accurately and managing related paperwork.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents.
- Ensuring the reception area and public facilities remain clean, tidy, and hygienic.
Person Specification:
- Experience in a face-to-face reception, customer service or retail role.
- Confident handling telephone systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail in handling confidential records and financial data.
- Proficient in general IT systems (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook).
