Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Property Sales Executive to join their team in Inverness on a part time basis for approximately 21 hours per week (Saturday, Sunday & Monday). As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales by discovering and pursuing new prospects, building a strong pipeline, and promoting our developments within your territory. You will manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation, legal progression, and handover, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, you will deliver site-specific strategies, provide accurate forecasting, and contribute to our growth through exceptional sales performance. You will also act as a brand ambassador, maintain high service standards, and look for ways to improve systems and processes.
A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and on social media. With a People First approach, you balance negotiation skills with customer satisfaction, helping us exceed expectations and achieve sustainable growth.
