Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join their team based in Inverness. This is a varied and rewarding role combining technical maintenance with day-to-day maintenance responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, supporting the day-to-day running of the facility, and contributing to a positive, can do culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance duties in line with industry-leading standards, completing all required log sheets and checklists.
- Stay up to date with best practices and implement improvements.
- Support diary scheduling to maximise usage and revenue.
- Promote a positive team culture and encourage collaboration.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Support facility maintenance in collaboration with the General Manager and maintenance committee.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and Safe Systems of Work.
- Deliver an outstanding visitor experience at all times.
- Maintain all machinery, tools, and equipment in safe and good working condition.
- Ensure equipment is clean, maintained, and regularly checked.
- Assist with event setup, delivery, and clear down.
