Job Purpose: Provide a professional and friendly catering service, performing a variety of tasks associated with food preparation, production and service in the location.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
- Keep the kitchen and front of house areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- Provide a professional, friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers.
Service:
- Ensure customers receive an efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
- Project a willing and helpful attitude, seek the appropriate knowledge of food items sold through our catering areas and keep areas and service counters clean and fully stocked.
People:
- Treat your team members as you would expect to be treated.
- Co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen/service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is always delivered.
Health & Safety, Food Safety, the Environment:
- Comply with food safety, environmental health, and health and safety regulations.
- Carry out all tasks to a professional standard in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.
