We are currently seeking a confident, organised and approachable Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our clients busy estate agency team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team while helping clients throughout the buying and selling process.
The Role:
You will take on a varied, client-facing role that includes:
- Communicating with buyers and sellers throughout the property process.
- Carrying out property marketing appraisals.
- Conducting accompanied property viewings, with a pool car provided.
- Drafting property brochures and marketing materials.
- Managing property listings and keeping information up to date.
- Negotiating offers and supporting clients through the sales process.
- Working closely with the conveyancing team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be confident, professional and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
Previous experience within estate agency, property sales, administration or another customer-facing role is preferred.
