Our client is looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator, initially on a temporary basis. This is a full time, office based role in Inverness and duties include:
- Providing comprehensive administration support to the team including matching goods received notes on the system.
- Input and register invoices for payment.
- Filing of paperwork.
- Updating and maintaining accurate finance records.
- Daily use of MS Office and financial software systems.
- Carrying out reconciliations.
- General administrative duties in support of the team.
Person specification:
- Strong administrative skills.
- Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role preferred.
