Our client is looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator, initially on a temporary basis. This is a full time, office based role in Inverness and duties include:

  • Providing comprehensive administration support to the team including matching goods received notes on the system.
  • Input and register invoices for payment.
  • Filing of paperwork.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate finance records.
  • Daily use of MS Office and financial software systems.
  • Carrying out reconciliations.
  • General administrative duties in support of the team.

Person specification:

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role preferred.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload.
