- As an Outbound Telesales Executive your role will involve proactively engaging with new and existing customers to introduce the proposition and convert opportunities into long term contracts

Person Specification
- Previous experience in an outbound telesales, sales, retention or customer acquisition role.
- Confident speaking with customers over the telephone and building rapport quickly.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Organised and proactive in managing follow-ups and renewal opportunities.
- Can work towards and achieve sales and retention targets.
- Enjoys delivering a personal, customer-focused service.
