This is a full time, permanent role set in the stunning surroundings of the Cairngorms National Park. Working within a supportive and hardworking team the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in running the Restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the department\’s compliance at all times with relevant national legislation.
