Job Role:
Carry out routine, planned, and periodic cleaning duties to a high standard
Follow cleaning schedules and service level agreements (SLAs)
Use cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals safely and effectively
Maintain designated areas to agreed cleanliness standards
Report maintenance issues identified during cleaning duties
Ensure security procedures are followed, including locking doors and handling lost property appropriately
Maintain equipment in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition
Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and site users
Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and environmental procedures
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
