Storesperson in Hull

Our client is looking to recruit Store Persons FLT to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties:

To ensure goods are receipted quickly and accurately, highlighting any discrepancies

To select customer orders and make available for dispatch

To organise safe storage and transportation of goods, adhering to industry and company guidelines

To assist with pre picking goods to feed the busy workshop facilities

To monitor and control stock, trends and shortages to maximise productivity

To ensure all packaging waste is disposed of in line with company policy

To maintain a clean and safe working environment to health and safety standards

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Vehicle parts experience preferred, but not essential
• Manual handling of goods
• A good work ethic, capable of working alone or as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• A competent and licensed counterbalance forklift driver

All Training is Provided

Salary & Benefits – £25,000 – £29,000

Salary to be negotiated dependent on experience.

21 days holiday, plus bank holidays- extending to 22 after 5 years service.
