Working closely with a strong network of employers, we help recruit high-calibre candidates into live vacancies by providing relevant upskilling and training. This ensures candidates gain up-to-date knowledge and industry-relevant skills to progress into sustainable employment.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Partnership Team. The successful candidate will liaise with housing associations, community groups, and charities to promote training and employment opportunities, supporting their service users into work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Housing Associations, charities, and community groups nationally to promote qualifications and current job opportunities that support individuals into employment.
- Travel to various locations nationally to build and maintain strong partnership relationships.
- Deliver awareness sessions, engage directly with candidates, and promote opportunities available through Castleview Group.
- Deliver group inductions, providing in-depth Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to ensure learners are supported into appropriate next steps and that clear, individual starting points are identified and established.
- Support candidates throughout the job application process.
- Work closely with the internal Administration Team and the Employment Engagement/Support Team.
- Collaborate with the Employment Engagement Team to identify suitable employment opportunities for candidates.
- Provide empathetic and professional support, particularly when working with vulnerable adults.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the unemployment sector and the barriers individuals may face, offering additional support where required.
- Show awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and contribute to maintaining a safe and protective environment.
About You:

- Strong IT literacy.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and plan own workloads.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and flexibility to travel.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (role subject to clearance).
