- MUST have SIA licence/certificates
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working with customers and as part of a wider team
- Able to provide a 5-year checkable employment/education history for vetting
Job Role/ Duties
- Provide industry-leading, friendly customer service
- Help deter crime, violence, and antisocial behaviour
- Carry out regular store patrols
- Use CCTV and Body Worn Video to support crime prevention
- Work closely with store management teams
- Liaise with Police and local crime partnerships when required
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all
