Our client is looking to recruit several Customer Relations Advisors to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated and driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
- To maximise sales opportunities when appropriate by offering link sales, additional products or highlighting promotional items.
- To maintain a high level of product knowledge to be able to offer advice and recommendations by attending Product Training sessions and through continual learning.
- To ensure that all customers receive a high standard of customer service and all enquiries and queries are managed efficiently with the aim of achieving a satisfactory conclusion.
- To engage with our customers on digital platforms, responding to queries and building relationships.
- To efficiently complete all administrative activities, ensuring accuracy, speed and knowledge.
Salary: Starting at £11.50 per hour, rising to £13.66 per hour with experience and progression. We also provide an 'unsociable hours' supplementary pay of 15% on top of the hourly rate for any hours worked after 8pm.
Hours: Normal working hours will be 20.25 hours per week (excluding break entitlement) working 3 days Monday to Friday and every Saturday, 7.45am - 17.00pm. Once fully trained there may be a requirement to occasionally work additional or alternative shifts on rota, to include Sundays and/or a late shift to 10pm. Our phone lines operate 07.45 - 17.00 Monday to Saturday, however with progression you may be asked to work on our digital channels on occasion, up until 22.00 (starting at 12.45), including Sunday working (typically from home).
