Castleview Group are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our well established team in Chester le Street. Key responsibilities: Office based position Monday to Friday Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with care providers and local authorities. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Identify and attract high-quality candidates for care positions through various sourcing methods. Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions. Conduct interviews. Demonstrate a high level of motivation What are we looking for?
