Contract: Permanent.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, with the possibility of weekend working when needed.
About the Role
As Veterinary Group Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our practices, leading and supporting teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting, training and supporting team members
- Creating and managing rotas to ensure appropriate cover at all times
- Overseeing financial performance, including budgets, banking and debt control
- Preparing reports and analysing practice performance
- Managing daily operational activities across all sites
- Ensuring excellent client experience and resolving concerns effectively
- Developing and delivering long‑term plans to support sustainable practice growth
About You
You’ll be a confident leader with a passion for people, animals and teamwork.
You’ll Bring
- Previous veterinary experience (preferred)
- Proven managerial or leadership experience (essential)
- Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy
- Outstanding customer service experience
- A positive, proactive mindset and strong team focus
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and practice management systems
