We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Director / Clinical Director to provide strong clinical and people leadership across our supportive teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional veterinary care while setting clear clinical direction and inspiring others to achieve high standards. Confident in your clinical expertise and decision making, you are comfortable overseeing complex cases, shaping clinical standards, and supporting teams through mentorship and coaching. You enjoy developing others, building capability, and creating an inclusive, high performing culture where colleagues feel supported and empowered to grow. Client care remains central to your leadership approach, and you lead with professionalism, compassion, and integrity in all interactions.
