The opportunity We have an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join us on the exciting and rewarding path we are taking here at Castle Trust Bank. Having become a fully authorised bank in 2020, we pride ourselves in being a fintech challenger bank, providing specialist property mortgages, retail finance lending and savings accounts to a variety of customers. Working in our HR function, you will support a wide range of HR activities to support the enhancement of the employee experience at every stage of the employment life cycle. In this role, you will be key to ensuring seamless HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing employee administration and data management: Recruitment Coordination: Support the HR team in recruitment, including processing Right to Work checks, managing our Applicant Tracking System (Workable), and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience. Onboarding New Starters: Own the digital onboarding process for new employees, from offer letter and contract generation to pre-employment checks and coordination with other departments (e.g., Technology, Facilities).
