Community Links provides Telecoms training through industry-recognised courses delivered by highly qualified trainers in the Northwest.
This training is a pathway to Telecoms, with over 60% of our candidates moving into sustainable, long-term employment following completion of our course.
Our programmes aim to engage individuals and provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and understanding to prepare for employment or further education within the telecoms and utilities sector.
The training we offer is fully funded (after meeting certain criteria) and is delivered in partnership with Lancashire Skills Hub and Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington.
We focus on encouraging members of the Armed Forces community, particularly Veterans, as we are staffed by veterans with a special understanding and connection to the Armed Forces.
Course Details:
- Delivered monthly across Lancashire, including Burnley, Blackburn, Preston, Blackpool, Warrington, Chester
- Duration: 5-6 weeks

- SA001 Overhead Safety
- S002 Underground Safety
- SA004 Abrasive Wheels
- SA005 Manual Handling
- SA006 Safe Working in Civils
- NRSWA Location Avoidance
- NRSWA Sign Lighting & Guarding
All requirements for working in the Telecoms and utilities sector are covered.
In addition, we provide training in Fibre Splicing, Pole Top Rescue, Tetra, and more.
We guarantee interviews for all candidates who complete our course and are currently working with several employers who are actively recruiting across the country.
