We are seeking an enthusiastic, pro-active Caretaker to work as part of our site team. You will assist in the maintenance of the school grounds and school buildings, provide security for the Theale site and liaise with contractors. You will be able to juggle priorities, be flexible and have the ability to work within a team. You should be physically fit and able to work under your own initiative. You will work under the direction of the School Business Manager and the Premises Manager. You will be required to work shifts to fit in with the needs of the school. You must have the ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents and other staff.
