You will work with the Classroom Teacher(s) and other Teaching Assistants to support therapeutic teaching and the ethos of the school. To be successful in this role, you will take part in team meetings and provide written reports when required. In addition, you will have some experience of working with, or caring for, children and young people.

As a Teaching Assistant at Castle School you will be provided with opportunities for personal development and further training and will be well supported in your career. Castle School is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff to share this commitment.
