The Role involves supporting the Crèche Manager in providing a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for children. You will ensure the crèche is fully compliant with regulatory guidelines, while motivating and leading the Crèche Assistants to deliver high‑quality care. In this role, you will support the development of exciting new initiatives, create a welcoming space for both children and parents and ensure the crèche operates smoothly. As a role model, you’ll inspire your team and play a key part in maintaining a positive, safe and nurturing environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to deputise for the Crèche Manager when required. We’re looking for someone passionate about early childhood care, with strong leadership skills and a desire to make a positive impact.
Experience & Skills Required: Minimum of a Level 3 in Children and Young Persons Workforce or equivalent. Experience working in a crèche, childcare or nursery environment.
Schedule: We operate a 7 days a week business, between 06:00 to 23:00. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements – weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions.
