Salary/Benefits: £26,000 PLUS Uncapped Commission (OTE £55k), Paid Holidays - 29 per year, Pension, Quarterly Performance Bonus, Fuel Allowance, Excellent venues.
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 weekends, 9 am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch break), 35 hours per week, Flexible hours.
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Representative working within high footfall venues to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with the general public and promoting the fundraising lottery programme of The Royal British Legion, Macmillan Cancer or Alzheimer's Society. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for public relations. Your ability to self-manage and effectively communicate with potential customers will be key to your success. We invest in the very best premier venues to ensure your success. A self-employed option is available that offers a daily retainer of £100 plus commission if this is preferred.
Duties: Promote the fundraising programme of The Royal British Legion, Macmillan Cancer Support or Alzheimer's Society directly to the public working within a variety of high footfall premier venue sites. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or overcoming objections.
Requirements: Proven experience in direct sales or a similar role is preferred. You must be a driver with a car. All equipment provided. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
