We are passionate about delivering exceptional race experiences and are looking for a driven, organised, and proactive Operations Manager to join our team. Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the smooth planning and execution of our events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of our series, ensuring that each event runs efficiently and delivers an outstanding experience for participants, spectators and partners alike. Key Responsibilities : Lead the operational planning, logistics, and execution of events from start to finish. Manage event setup, site design, and race-day logistics. Oversee relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, contractors, venues, local authorities, and marshals. Coordinate staffing, including recruitment and management of event day personnel and marshals. Manage the prize giving ceremony at each event. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth participant registration, communication, and satisfaction. Work closely with the Race Director to develop and improve operational processes. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure operational efficiency. Key Skills & Experience : Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a small team and a wide range of suppliers. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Willingness to travel to various event locations, with event weekend work required. Desirable : A keen interest to expand knowledge of the fitness industry. Experience in operations or event management, ideally in sporting or endurance events.
