We are on the hunt for a proven Area Manager seeking a new and challenging opportunity to lead and inspire a District of 13 individual businesses covering some of the most exciting locations in Central London. This District boasts some legendary pubs from ‘The Crown & Two Chairmen’ nestled on Dean St, home to media types and socialites, to the famous ‘De Hems Dutch Cafe Bar’ hosting some of the most interesting continental beers in the capital, not to mention ‘The Sun in Splendour’ with its vibrant frontage on the Portobello Rd. Districts really don’t get more exciting and metropolitan than this!

What will I be doing…?
- Making sure your teams bring their ‘A’ game when it comes to food, drink and service quality, always delivered with passion and pride
- Leading a diverse team of roughly 350 across 13 pubs in London locations.
- Driving people succession through your District through coaching and mentoring
- You’ll spend time across your District supporting your teams, making sure they’re the best they can be and working together to deliver results to be proud of
- Driving a commercial culture- where delivering consistent high standards, sales and profit are at the heart of everything we do
- Working with your pub teams to unlock local sales opportunities by building connections in the heart of the community they are part of.
- You’ll ensure your teams maintain a safe, clean and risk-free environment
