We are currently working with a social housing client located in the North East who are recruiting for 2 Non-Executive Directors to be responsible for providing strategic oversight and guidance to the company's board, participating in board meetings, and collaborating with other board members to shape the company's direction. Additional tasks include assessing company performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the development of business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A background in social housing asset management or Technology, transformation and Change
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team
  • Contribute to the leadership and motivation of the organisation
