The Castle, Islington is on the famous Pentonville road. With our stunning roof terrace & bar, we cater for fabulous summer parties & events, while also keeping our traditional pub feel with cosy & welcoming in our main bar downstairs. Our menu changes with the seasons, but always a vibrant twist on British classics.

We're looking for energetic hospitality superstars with BIG personalities, and in turn, we'll make sure you have all the knowledge you need in food, wines, beers & cocktails to move forward with us. You'll need to keep up with a fast paced environment when needed, ensuring every guest has the best & most memorable experience with us. Experience isn't necessary but the right personality is. Looking for progression? We offer a great inhouse training scheme & are always looking for someone willing to learn & develop new skills!

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
