About us; The Castle, Islington is on the famous Pentonville road. With our stunning roof terrace & bar, we cater for fabulous summer parties & events, while also keeping our traditional pub feel with cosy & welcoming in our main bar downstairs. Our menu changes with the seasons, but always a vibrant twist on British classics.

We're looking for energetic hospitality superstars with BIG personalities, and in turn, we'll make sure you have all the knowledge you need in food, wines, beers & cocktails to move forward with us. You'll need to keep up with a fast paced environment when needed, ensuring every guest has the best & most memorable experience with us.

We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant that isn't afraid to get stuck in, loves a deep clean, works well with a small team and is looking for experience to further their career in kitchens.
