We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic Waitress to join our team at Sushi Garden in Forest Hill, SE23 3HT.

As a Waitress, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be the face of our restaurant, delivering excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
2. Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
3. Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
4. Maintain a clean and tidy dining area and assist with restaurant upkeep.
5. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have.
6. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
7. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
8. Process payments and manage the cash register.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
2. A positive, approachable, and proactive attitude.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences.
6. Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends.

Experience:

Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
