We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic Waitress to join our team at Sushi Garden in Forest Hill, SE23 3HT. As a Waitress, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be the face of our restaurant, delivering excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area and assist with restaurant upkeep.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Process payments and manage the cash register.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
