Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager with some hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a key part of the client services team, you will support campaign delivery, build strong client relationships, and help drive results across digital advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client queries are handled professionally and promptly.
- Support in planning, setting up, and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Work closely with senior team members to monitor campaign performance and prepare insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Create clear and impactful client reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Participate in client calls and meetings; take notes and follow up on action items.
- Help manage timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination between strategy, creative, and analytics teams.
- Build strong internal understanding of client goals to contribute to growth strategies.
- Ensure all client communications are professional, articulate, and aligned with Castle Int's quality standards.

- Some experience working with Meta and Google Ads platforms (campaign setup, optimisation, basic reporting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
