Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Account Manager with some hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a key part of the client services team, you’ll support campaign delivery, build strong client relationships, and help drive results across digital advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client queries are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Support in planning, setting up, and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Work closely with senior team members to monitor campaign performance and prepare insights + optimisation recommendations.
  • Create clear and impactful client reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings; take notes and follow up on action items.
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination between strategy, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Build strong internal understanding of client goals to contribute to growth strategies.
  • Ensure all client communications are professional, articulate, and aligned with Castle Int's quality standards.

  • Some experience working with Meta and Google Ads platforms (campaign setup, optimisation, basic reporting).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
