Visitor Operations Supervisor (Fixed-Term until January 2026)
Castle Howard is one of Britain’s most iconic historic estates, welcoming thousands of visitors every year. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Visitor Operations Supervisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract until January 2026.
This role is central to the smooth running of our ticket office and admissions team, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, efficient, and memorable welcome. You’ll also play a key part in supervising our Volunteer Room Guides in the House, helping to create a collaborative and supportive front-of-house culture.
As part of the management team, you will also act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the visitor experience, operational standards, and staff support across the site.
