We're looking for an exceptional Operations & Events Manager to join the team at Castle Howard. This is a unique opportunity to lead visitor operations and event delivery at one of the UK's most iconic heritage destinations. From daily visitor experiences and operational excellence to major events, filming projects and seasonal attractions, you'll play a key role in shaping how hundreds of thousands of visitors experience Castle Howard each year.

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Leisure, the successful candidate will lead teams across visitor operations, admissions, outdoor operations, security, caretaking, facilities and volunteers, while overseeing the delivery of our events and filming programme.

We're looking for someone who can:
