The Clinical Lead is a full-time, on-site role based at our Sunbury-On-Thames location, responsible for overseeing the clinical standards of care within the service. This role includes leading and supporting the care team, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring care plans are safe, evidence-based, and tailored to each resident’s needs. The Clinical Lead will conduct assessments, supervise medication management, monitor clinical outcomes, and liaise with external healthcare professionals.
