About the role: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Reception Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Working as a member of the team, you will provide a wonderfully warm welcome to all of our hotel guests. Whilst not essential, previous experience of working in a hotel reception, preferably luxury four or five star market, would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with a hotel PMS will also give you an edge over other candidates. Strong communication skills, an ability to work under pressure and immaculate personal presentation as well a professional and warm personality are all part of the overall picture.
