The Castle Hotel Windsor is a landmark hotel on Windsor High Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle and at the heart of the town’s historic and royal setting. Positioned as The Original Local, we combine deep local knowledge with warm, confident hospitality for guests from around the world.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Working as a member of the team, you will provide a wonderfully warm welcome to all of our hotel guests. Previous experience of working in a hotel reception, preferably luxury four or five star market, would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with a hotel PMS will also give you an edge over other candidates. Strong communication skills, an ability to work under pressure and immaculate personal presentation as well a professional and warm personality are all part of the overall picture.
