Our Opportunity:
Working as a member of the Front Office team, you will provide a wonderfully warm welcome to all of our hotel guests. Whilst not essential, previous experience of working in a hotel reception, preferably luxury four or five star market, would be a distinct advantage. Providing exceptional customer service is essential — Our Receptionists are friendly, attentive, and proactive in addressing any concerns, making each guest feel valued. Familiarity with a hotel PMS will also give you an edge over other candidates. Strong communication skills, an ability to work under pressure, and immaculate personal presentation as well as a professional and warm personality are all part of the overall picture.
