About the role:
The Chef de Partie plays an important role in supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent kitchen standards. This is a hands-on position focused on running a designated section, supporting junior team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and stock control procedures.
- Ability to manage and maintain their section during busy service periods.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for high-quality food preparation and consistency in presentation.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
