We are recruiting on behalf of an established engineering and manufacturing business in Staffordshire for a Part-Time Production Administrator. This is a site-based role, working 4 hours each morning, supporting production and manufacturing operations within a technical environment. This position is ideal for someone looking for reduced hours, who enjoys structured administration and has experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or production setting.
Responsibilities:
- Creating production traveller documentation, including front sheets, serial number labels, drawings, and kit-picking lists
- Processing sales orders into works orders for production
- Booking production works orders through to completion on the manufacturing system
- General production and office administration duties
- Supporting the smooth flow of information between office and shop floor
About You:
- Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or production environment
