Job Title: Mechanical Inspector (Motor Vehicle Manufacturing)

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Mechanical Inspector – Requirements

• An Advanced Apprenticeship or Higher Education Qualification in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.
• Experience as a Mechanical Inspector/Quality Inspector in CNC machining and precision manufacturing environment.

Skills And Abilities

• Can use Hand Held measuring tools, Linear Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Surface Finish Testers etc.
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and have knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel).
• Quality control preferably AS9100.
• Some experience operating a CMM, preferably Mitutoyo.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
