Front of House Service Advisor

Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)
No weekends required

Local award winning garage are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our friendly team, working across our two sites.

We are an independent, family-run business with a fantastic reputation for honesty, quality workmanship, and customer care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience and a passion for the motor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage appointments efficiently.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion.
• Provide accurate vehicle health checks and prepare customer quotes.
• Keep customers updated throughout their visit, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Organise collection and handover of vehicles after service or repair.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and uphold excellent housekeeping standards.

What We\’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
• Calm and professional under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

The following would be beneficial but not essential:

• Basic mechanical knowledge or understanding of vehicle maintenance.
