As our Sales Manager, you will sell exceptional work by artists including Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Boy George, and Johnny Depp. You will have opportunities to exceed sales targets with new releases, gallery events, and exhibitions planned throughout your time, as well as in-depth training to maximise your product knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively developing existing customer relationships
- Building new client relationships through gallery walk-ins
- Harvesting our extensive database
- Hands-on management of the day-to-day operations of the gallery
- Overseeing and coaching a small sales team to exceed sales targets
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
- Previous 1-2-1 sales experience
- Experience in overseeing or coaching a small team
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- A driving license (desirable for occasional home consultation visits with clients)
We offer a pro-rata salary of £33,000 per annum, quarterly bonus, plus excellent uncapped commission and sales bonus structure (OTE £50,000+). Additional benefits include staff discounts, access to our Financial and Mental Wellbeing Platform, enrolment into our Pension scheme, and 28 days pro-rata holiday allowance.
