Regional Gallery Technician - North in Manchester

We\’re looking for a Regional Gallery Technician – North to join our dedicated team at Castle Fine Art. Based from either our prestigious Manchester or Leeds gallery (candidate dependant), this dynamic role will support the delivery, installation, and presentation of our exceptional artwork – both in-gallery and for private clients across the region.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines technical skill with excellent customer service. Whether you\’re installing artwork in a collector\’s home, supporting a gallery hang, or assisting at one of our exciting offsite events, you\’ll play a key part in delivering a flawless experience that reflects the Castle Fine Art brand.

What You\’ll Do
• Personally deliver and professionally install artwork for clients, ensuring all pieces are handled with care and presented to the highest standard.
• Support our Northern gallery teams with logistics, installations, and display.
• Act as a brand ambassador in clients\’ homes, delivering outstanding service with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain and care for the company van, ensuring it remains clean, serviced, and in good working condition.
• Use your local knowledge to plan efficient routes and schedules, adapting flexibly to daily demands.
• Assist with gallery hangs and represent the brand at offsite events across the UK when required.

About You
You\’ll be confident, personable, and well-presented, with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You\’ll also have:
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during installations.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours and travel across the UK.
• Physical capability to handle and install artwork of varying sizes and weights.
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years (required for insurance purposes).
