Are you passionate about providing excellent administrative and business development support to our E-Commerce sales team? Do you have a keen eye for ensuring accurate record keeping and assisting the sales team to maximise the daily opportunities? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Online Support Executive to join our E-Commerce sales team as maternity cover. Based at our cutting-edge Head Office in The Mailbox, Birmingham, this full-time, fixed-term role means you'll be supporting our team to ensure our clients receive the highest level of personalised service.
What The Role Requires
- Accurately process client orders promptly to support timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
- Oversee the full order journey from initial purchase to final delivery, including receipt creation, balance payments, and gallery delivery updates.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records for order dispatch, collections, and client qualification in accordance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Produce regular reports and complete daily sales summaries every morning and evening for the E-Commerce and Finance teams, tracking performance and up-to-date records for the team.
- Update stock levels on the Castle Fine Art website and maintain close collaboration with the stock and order processing teams.
- Support the coordination of client viewings by working with internal teams to ensure records and logistics are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and act as a key support for the E-Commerce Sales Team.
