We have an exciting opportunity for a Luxury Assistant Sales Manager at our prestigious Brighton Gallery. We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven individual who excels in customer service and exceeding sales targets. You will inspire and develop the team to surpass their goals, lead by example, and support the Gallery Manager, whilst building and nurturing new customer relationships, showcasing exceptional art from renowned artists like Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp. You will champion new releases, events, and exhibitions to strengthen client relationships and drive sales. In conjunction with the Gallery Manager, you will manage all operations of the gallery on a day-to-day basis.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Leading by example to inspire and develop your team to achieve and surpass their sales targets.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales, particularly by selling exceptional art from renowned artists such as Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, and Johnny Depp.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with our loyal client base, while proactively reaching out to new customers.
  • Championing new art releases, gallery events, and exhibitions to strengthen client relationships and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Supporting the Gallery Manager in organising promotional events and business development activities.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gallery to ensure it remains welcoming, presentable, and runs smoothly. This role also entails moderate physical duties on a daily basis.
What We Can Offer You
  • A salary of £30,000 plus excellent uncapped commission and sales bonus structure (40K OTE)
