The predicted salary is between 33000 - 33000 £ per year.
Contract to cover maternity leave in our prestigious gallery in Marlow, located on Market Square. This role will involve 'hands on' management of the day-to-day operations of the gallery as well as overseeing and coaching a small sales team to exceed sales targets and build client relationships.
The motivation and drive to achieve sales targets ideally with previous 1-2-1 sales experience.
Previous experience in overseeing or coaching a small team.
Outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
A driving license is desirable for occasional home consultation visits with clients.
A pro-rata salary of £33,000 per annum, quarterly bonus, plus excellent uncapped commission & sales bonus structure (OTE £50,000+).
