Are you an experienced Plater / Welder Supervisor looking for a fresh challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading name in structural steel manufacturing, where you will play a key role in production efficiency and team development.
What’s on Offer?
- Four-night week: Monday – Thursday, 7:00pm – 4:45am
- Highly competitive pay: £26.47 per hour (£50,928 basic per year)
- Overtime up to £34.74 per hour

The Role
As a Plater / Welder Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of platers and welders, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently
- Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
- Coordinating materials, equipment, and workflow to maximise production efficiency
- Supporting the development of team members, including apprentices
- Maintaining accurate documentation, completing permits, and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Working closely with production management to report progress and resolve any issues
