We are recruiting for a Finance & Project Coordinator to join a growing and ambitious business. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to take ownership of finance administration while supporting the coordination and delivery of key projects across the organisation.
Working closely with finance, operational and leadership teams, you will play a central role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting project activity and helping to drive efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining financial records and processing transactions within Xero
- Supporting day‐to‐day finance and administrative activities
- Coordinating project‐related administration and documentation
- Acting as a key link between finance, operational and leadership teams
- Assisting with reporting, tracking project costs and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures
- Previous finance or accounts administration experience is essential
- Experience using Xero is highly desirable
- Experience working within a project‐led environment is essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
