Are you passionate about all things health, safety, and the environment? Do you thrive on making a real impact within a dynamic manufacturing site? Castle Employment are recruiting for a SHE Advisor for their established client in North Yorkshire . This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday and offering a competitive salary and an early finish on a Friday The successful SHE Advisor will be responsible for: Promote and drive a positive safety culture across the site Provide expert advice to management and operational teams Support the implementation of SHE policies and best practices Carry out monitoring to ensure compliance Complete SHE inspections on a weekly basis The successful HSE Advisor will have some previous relevant experience from working in a similar role, ideally from within the construction or manufacturing sector. An understanding of health and safety legislation is essential and you must have experience of accident/incident investigations. You should be NEBOSH certified and experience of carrying out inspection/audits would also be an advantage This SHE Advisor role offers an attractive salary up to £35,000 – £40,000 and is a full-time role working Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm and 3pm on a Friday. The business is commutable from Scarborough, Driffield, Malton and surrounding areas
