The Role
- Provide day to day HR guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Support ER cases including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, onboarding documents and site compliance.
- Work closely with managers to strengthen capability through coaching and clear HR advice.
- Support recruitment activity, onboarding and induction for new starters.
- Contribute to people led projects such as engagement, wellbeing, training or process improvement.
- Build strong working relationships across Production, Operations, Engineering and Support teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR within manufacturing, engineering or fast paced environments.
- Confident advising managers and handling a range of HR and ER queries.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and compliance.
- People focused, calm and solutions oriented with a practical approach to day to day HR.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 is desirable but experience will be valued equally.
